A STOURBRIDGE financial firm recently got their birdies in a row for a golf day – raising £2,000 for Breast Cancer Now in the process.

Prosperity Wealth independent financial advisers took time out of their St John’s Road offices to stage the second annual charity golf day.

Around 80 players, made up of staff and clients from the firm, took part in the sporting fundraiser at Bewdley Pines Golf Club and clubbed together to raise £2,200.

Matt Bell, director, said: “This is a charity that is very close to our hearts and I’m delighted that we have been able to raise this fantastic amount of money to help them continue their work.

Breast Cancer Now is the UK’s largest breast cancer charity – and is dedicated to funding research into the disease, which kills one woman every 45 minutes.
