Kidderminster's Holland & Barratt opens larger store

KIDDERMINSTER health store Holland & Barratt will open larger premises in Weavers Wharf.

The current store in King Charles Square inside the Swan Centre, is being moved to the bigger unit.

It will replace the Julian Graves Experience shop, which belonged to NBTY Europe, which owns the Holland & Barratt chain.

A representative for NBTY said: “The existing Holland & Barrett store that was in King Charles Square is being relocated to the Weavers Wharf unit as part of the ongoing integration of the Julian Graves business into the wider NBTY Europe estate.”

The Weavers Wharf store opens tomorrow.

So yet another store closes in Kidderminster and the shopping centre better known as the Marie Celeste with market Traders (Swan Centre) will have yet another empty unit at the top of the steps where people enter and leave - not a very good example for the centre but who can blame the traders - if they wanted to be in the middle of a market then they would set up a stall on thursday and sat in vicar street. And before anyone jumpos up and says its not another store closure just a move - there are two shops now, there will be one!
