Celebrations to mark milestone anniversary of a borough African Caribbean group

THE Mayor of Dudley helped mark the 25th anniversary of a borough African Caribbean group.
Councillor Melvyn Mottram visited the New Testament Church in Holly Hall Road to join in the celebratory service held by The New Testament Welfare Association.
During the event a renowned Jamaican folk singer entertained visitors who were also able to tuck into West Indian food.
Councillor Melvyn Mottram, Mayor of Dudley, said: ”The New Testament Welfare Association does a great job in supporting the African Caribbean community in the borough. I thoroughly enjoyed the 25th anniversary open day to celebrate their excellent work.”
