Upper Gornal church to host candlelit children's Christingle

A CANDLELIT children’s Christingle service will take place at an Upper Gornal church on Monday.

The child-friendly occasion will be held at 6pm on Christmas Eve at St Peter’s Church in Kent Street, to help raise funds for the Children’s Society, which supports vulnerable children and young people across the country.

During the service every child will be presented with a Christingle orange.
