A 28 YEAR-old Dudley man is set to appear in court today following a raid at a Himley Road property.
Police carried out a pre-planned raid at a house yesterday morning and discovered drugs, weapons and two malnourished dogs.
Two men – the 28 year-old and a 33 year-old - were arrested at the scene.
The 33 year-old was released without charge, while the 28 year-old was charged with possessing a Class A drug with intent to supply, driving without a license and insurance and resisting a police officer and is set to appear at Dudley Magistrates Court today.
During the raid police also discovered a Bull Mastiff and a Rottweiler, who were believed to be suffering with malnutrition.
The RSPCA were called and are continuing to investigate.
