Pensioner led to safety after Dudley bungalow blaze

A WOMAN in her 90s was led to safety after fire broke out in the kitchen of her bungalow in Dudley.

West Midlands Fire Service sent crews from Dudley, Brierley Hill and Cradley Heath after a called 1.59am today (Sunday).

The pensioner was treated at the scene, in Holly Hall Road, by paramedics but was not taken to hospital.

Fire crews declared the incident closed at 2.47am.
