Borough residents invited to quiz West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner
5:00pm Saturday 17th August 2013 in Local
BOUROUGH residents with burning questions about the duties and responsibilities of the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner Bob Jones can put them forward at monthly meetings.
The Strategic Policing and Crime Board meets on the first Tuesday of the month and allows people who live, work or study in the West Midlands to speak out about issues concerning them.
Anyone who would like to ask a question should put it in writing, seven working days before the meeting, and send it to Jacky Courtney, chief executive at West Midlands Office for Policing and Crime, Lloyd House, Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6NQ.
Alternatively questions can be emailed to WMPCC@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk Once the question has been added to the agenda, the person must then attend the meeting to ask their question, which if practicable be answered at the meeting by Mr Jones or a person requested to do so on his behalf.
Where it is not possible for questions to be answered at the meeting, a written reply will be sent in due course.
The next meeting will take place on Tuesday September 3 between 10am to noon in the main committee room at Lloyd House, Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham.
