THE following appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court between August 27 and 29:

Liam Collins, aged 19, of Waldron Avenue, Brierley Hill, was fined £70 for fishing at Fens Pool, Brierley Hill, without a licence during the annual closed season for freshwater fish on May 5.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £127.47.

Bethany Helen Pole, aged 22, of Old High Street, Quarry Bank, was given a six-month community order for committing fraud through false representation.

She offered children’s toys for sale and accepted payment intending to cause loss to Vikki Baker, Samantha Grimble, Faye Squire and Laura Smart between October 23 and 26 last year.

She was ordered to pay compensation of £255, a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Ivor John Lawley, aged 46, of Jesson Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 24 months for an assault in Dudley on April 21.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Angela Lynne Edwards, aged 51, of Osprey Drive, Dudley, was given a 12-month community order for an assault in Dudley on June 26.

She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Harry Henry Quinn, aged 33, of Waveley Street, Dudley, was given a 12-month community order for stealing two portable DVD players, worth £79.98 for Aldi, Dudley, on June 15.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Steven Craig Tanner, aged 21, of Salop Street, Dudley, was given a 12-month community order for an assault at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, on July 9 and stealing food, worth £15.48 from Wilkinsons, Walsall, on August 25.

He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
