The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between November 25 -29:

Teresa Louise Jeffries, aged 48, of Ulster Drive, Kingswinford, was fined £110 and disqualified from driving for 18 months for drink driving in Kingswinford on November 1. When tested, she had 82mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Paul Tibbetts, aged 27, of Carlisle Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £220 and disqualified from driving for three years for drink driving in Brierley Hill on November 8, without insurance. When tested, he had 43mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Charles Norton, aged 44, of Heath Street, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for resisting two police officers in the execution of their duty in Stourbridge on July 2. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Stuart Dale Southwick, aged 27, of Gooch Close, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order and disqualified from driving for three years, for drink driving in Dudley on October 16, without a licence or insurance. When tested he had 105mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on August 27. He must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work, was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Candida Margaret Ward, aged 34, of Park Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months for items worth £217.50 from shops in Merry Hill shopping centre between September 19-27. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Beverley Anne Whitehouse, aged 46, of Magpie Close, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order and disqualified from driving for 36 months for drink driving without a licence, in Netherton on October 18. When tested, she had 112mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

David Jon Hunt, aged 43, of High Street, Sedgley, was fined £110 for driving in Brierley Hill without a licence or insurance on November 5. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Rebecca Jones, aged 32, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 15 weeks for stealing goods, worth £112.34, from B&M, Dudley between November 14-25 and meat and cheese, worth £54.63, from Asda, Dudley on November 25.

Thomas Stephen Payne, aged 30, of Elgar Crescent, Pensnett, was discharged conditionally for nine months for resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Brierley Hill on November 6. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Kevin Lawson Payne, aged 46, of Haig Road, Kates Hill, was given a three month community order for stealing diesel from Brockmoor Foundry, Brierley Hill, between September 4-19. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months for driving without a licence or insurance in Brierley Hill between September 4-18. He was also sentenced for having an offensive weapon, namely a knuckleduster, in Brierley Hill on September 18. He given a three month curfew and must remain at his home address between the hours or 7pm and 7am for the duration. He was also fined £450, ordered to pay compensation of £150 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Janet Patricia North, aged 56, of Stickley Lane, Gornal, was given a six month community order for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on September 19. She was fined £55 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Lee Alan Colclough, aged 26, of Bredon Court, Halesowen, was sent to prison for six months, suspended for 18 months for possessing a hammer, chisel and Stanley knife in Halesowen on October 11. He was given a two month curfew and must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am for the duration. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Darren Frank Cook, aged 30, of Hamilton Avenue, Halesowen was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing toys, worth £84.92, from Toys R Us, Merry Hill on October 24. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Nicola Lucas, aged 34, of Blackhorse Lane, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months for caused nuisance or disturbance to a staff member at Russells Hall Hospital and assaulting a male in Brierley Hill on October 12. She must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Tomasz Rup, aged 37, of Wellington Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for possessing a kitchen knife in Dudley on September 1. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

James Lee Snead, aged 26, of Lodge Crescent, Netherton, was given a one month community order for possessing a knuckle duster in Dudley on October 20. He was given a one month curfew and must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am for the duration. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Nathan John Smith, aged 28, of The Willows, Netherton, was fined £100 for damaging a car in Netherton on October 27. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

David Richard Warren, aged 48, of Highfield Lane, Halesowen, was given an 18 month community order for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on October 1. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Scott William O’Rourke, aged 27, of Alexander Hill, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for three months and 28 days for stealing a pedal bike in Brierley Hill and dishonestly wasted or diverted a quantity of electricity in Quarry Bank on November 11, whilst subject to a court order. He was also sentenced for insulting an officer of the court at Dudley Magistrates Court on November 28.

Stephen Paul Spurling, aged 38, of Welbeck Close, Halesowen, was fined £300 for smoking in a smoke-free place and failing to make sure that no-smoking signs were displayed in those premises. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £794 court costs.

Michael Daniel Collins, aged 35, of Field Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing alcohol, worth £3.88, from Tesco, Stourbridge on November 12. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £45 court costs.

Andrew Paul Hodgkiss, aged 27, of Kennedy Crescent, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for four weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing a family packs of Kit Kats, worth £69.36 from Spar, Dudley on September 17. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Teyiab Rafaqat, aged 26, of The Terrace, Cradley Heath, was fined £100 for possessing cannabis and cannabis resin in Brierley Hill on November 14. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Mark Ryan Jones, aged 37, of Morvale Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 26 weeks for entering a building in Brierley Hill on November 27, with intent to steal.

Christopher Martin Neil Beacham, aged 34, of Pebble Close, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 24 months for stealing steal drain covers in Stourbridge on June 24. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £200 court costs.
