The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between December 2-6:

Luke David Hinton, aged 26, of Compton Court, Netherton, was sent to prison for four weeks for stealing four Skylanders, worth £89.96, from Game, Brierley Hill on December 1.

Mark Anthony Peach, aged 32, of Thornhill Road, Quarry Bank, was disqualified from driving for 24 months and given a 12 week community order for drink driving in Brierley Hill on November 9. When tested, he had 90mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a 12 week curfew and must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am for the duration. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

James Reay, aged 26, of Laurel Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for two years for stealing electrical items in Dudley between November 11 and 12. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Paul Richard Edmonds, aged 31, of Colley Gate, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards a man in Dudley on June 16. The offence was racially aggravated. He was also sentenced for damaging a window, worth £850. He must carry out 250 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £425, a victim surcharge of £80 and £100 court costs.

Sarah Jayne Plowman, aged 30, of Long Innage, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards a man in Dudley on June 16. The offence was racially aggravated. She was also sentenced for damaging a window, worth £850. She must carry out 250 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £425, a victim surcharge of £80 and £100 court costs.

Richard George Humphries, aged 29, of Banners Street, Cradley, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months for drink driving, without a licence or insurance in Dudley on October 19. When tested, he had 137mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for taking the vehicle without the owner’s permission and possessing cannabis. He was fined £235 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Jason Stephen Bailey, aged 33, of Hedgefield Grove, Dudley, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing an iPad, worth £450 from behind the counter of Floors 2 Go, Halesowen on November 4. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

John Stuart Banks, aged 59, of Penny Royal Close, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for drink driving in Dudley on November 15. When tested, he had 135mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration, must stay at his home address between 8pm and 6am. Banks was banned from driving for 30 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Bradley Patrick Thomas Mohammed, aged 18, of Westgate Close, Sedgley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing cannabis in Dudley on October 8. He was fined £15 Aand ordered to pay court costs of £85.

Kitzalan Marcus Jemal Duncan, aged 20, of Bishop Close, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for having an offensive weapon, namely a kitchen knife, in a public place and possessing cannabis in Brierley Hill on October 1. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Holly Elizabeth Filipski, aged 23, of Stepping Stone, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting two police officers in the execution of their duty in Stourbridge on October 27. She was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Gareth Wells, aged 33, of Exeter Road, Netherton, was fined £300 for driving without a licence or insurance in Brierley Hill on August 10. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £300 court costs.

Gemma Louise Mountford, aged 30, of Summer Lane, Lower Gornal, was fined £240 for drink driving in Lower Gornal on November 17. When tested, she had 61mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Josie Flynn, aged 30, of Jasmine Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing clothes, worth £35, from Peacocks, Dudley on November 16. She was ordered to pay compensation of £35, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Jamie Wilson, aged 23, of Roman Road, Sedgley, was discharged conditionally for nine months for stealing a docking station, worth £35, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on February 2. He was ordered to pay compensation of £35 and a victim surcharge of £15.
