Dudley man remanded in custody on terror charges
AN UNEMPLOYED man from Dudley has appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court accused of the distribution of a terrorist publication.
Usman Hussain Choudhary, aged 33, from Terry Road, did not enter a plea and spoke only to confirm his name and address.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday December 20.
Mr Choudhary is facing two charges of encouraging the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism by distributing a publication called Join the Caravan.
