The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates between December 9-13:

Malcolm John Attwood, aged 71, of Tanfield Road, Dudley, was fined £165 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on November 21. When tested, he had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ryan Louis Edwin Burrows, aged 21, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on November 23. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Gemma Reece, aged 36, of Elgin Close, Dudley, was fined £300, for drink driving in Stourbridge on November 24. When tested, she had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Sukhjinder Uppal, aged 43, of Hilltop Avenue, Halesowen, was fined £230 for breaching a restraining order on December 8. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £23 and £85 court costs.

Christopher Ronald Welch, aged 31, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for eight weeks for stealing to alcohol, worth £22, from Aldi, Dudley on November 17.

Christopher James Darby, aged 25, of Church Street, Cradley Heath, was fined £120 for being the owner of a Staffordshire bull terrier that was dangerously out of control and injured a woman in Halesowen on May 5. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

Jason James Stokes, aged 26, of Lower Derry Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for stealing a touch screen DVD/CD player, worth £350, in Brierley Hill on October 15 and assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on October 24.

Kulvinder Singh Basra, aged 46, of Archer Close, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for using violence to gain entry to premises and assaulting a woman and two police officers in Halesowen on May 27. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Jamie David Gary Batham, aged 27, of Edmund Road, Upper Gornal, was sent to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months for taking a car without the consent of the owner and being involved in an accident that caused £50 worth of damage to another vehicle. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £80 and £300 court costs.

Darren Edwards, aged 34, of Kilburn Place, Netherton, was sent to prison for seven weeks for dishonestly receiving stolen goods in Netherton on May 19 and failing to surrender at Dudley Magistrates Court on October 4.

Anna Mary Regan, aged 39, of Blackford Close, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months for drink driving in Halesowen on September 30. When tested, she had 112mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for five years and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Anthony Hayden Hudson, aged 34, of Copse Road, Saltwells, was fined £110 for drink driving in Netherton on June 1. When tested, he had 84mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

James Nathan Rose, aged 24, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £100 for assaulting a man in Wordsley on August 23. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £20 and £150 court costs.

Scott John Southall, aged 33, of St John’s Court, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 40 weeks for stealing perfume from Asda, Halesowen on November 14 and stealing electrical items, worth £116, from Brierley Hill on December 11, while subject to a suspended sentence order.

Aaron Botfield, aged 21, of Regis Road, Rowley Regis, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Dudley on May 19. He was given a four month curfew and during that time he must stay at his home address between the hours of 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 an £250 court costs.

Steven James Huxley, aged 28, of Churchward Close, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on October 20. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Mark James Jukes, aged 32, of Highgate Road, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing two bottles of perfume, worth £19.98, from Lloyds Pharmacy, Brierley Hill on November 4. He was ordered to pay compensation of £19.98, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.
