The following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between January 6-10:

Ricky Stuart Jeapes, aged 25, of Hardwick Court, Lye, was fined £300 for being the driver of a car and failing to stop after an accident in Halesowen on November 25. He was given seven penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Darren Christopher Billingham, aged 42, of Lea Vale Road, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for two years, for possessing a knife, scalpel and 4.5cm blade in Stourbridge on August 14. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £450 court costs.

Usmaan Hussain, aged 24, of Buffery Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years for causing unnecessary suffering to a dog between April 3 and May 1. Hussain failed to explore and address the animal’s weight loss and did not ensure that the animal was provided with a suitable, hygienic environment. He was disqualified from owning any animal for 10 years, ordered to carry out 250 hours unpaid work, pay a £80 victim surcharge and £1,000 court costs.

Gillian Margaret Davies, aged 50, of Belgrave Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for damaging a garage door in Dudley on June 14. She was ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £15 and £175 court costs.

Daniel Justin Davies, aged 30, of Minehead Road, Dudley, was fined £140 for driving without a licence or insurance in Dudley on December 6. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £60.

Gino Lee Zarelli, aged 39, of Nagersfield Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £110 for stalking a woman in Brierley Hill between November 19 and 29. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Shaun Bedford, aged 20, of Brook Crescent, Wollescote, was fined £200 for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Halesowen on December 10. He was disqualified from driving for nine months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Christopher Jennings, aged 22, of Petford Street, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for six months for being drunk and disorderly in Netherton on December 15. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Emma Russell, aged 22, of Purlin Wharf, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for a racially aggravated assault in Dudley on December 13. She was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Jamie Alex Bowater, aged 30, of Bluebell Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for possessing a loaded air weapon in Dudley on June 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Richard Tony Aaron Stanford, aged 23, of Beech Close, Sedgley, was fined £130 for being drunk and disorderly in Sedgley on December 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ian Donovan Taylor, aged 35, of Race Meadow, Netherton, was fined £110 for driving without a licence or insurance in Dudley on July 14. He was give six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Heidi Louise Cooper, aged 28, of Trinity Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £110 for causing £700 worth of damage to a property in Brierley Hill on September 26. She was ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Gavin Sean Finch, aged 40, of Caslon Crescent, Norton, was sent to prison for four weeks for stealing alcohol, worth £57.57, from Aldi, Stourbridge on January 7.

Martin Frank Haywood, aged 28, of High Street, Sedgley, was fined £70 for obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty in Wolverhampton on December 10. He was also fined £50 for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on January 6. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Paul Graham Cross, aged 36, of Halesowen Road, Netherton, was fined £150 for stealing goods worth £56.37, from Aldi, Netherton between November 15 1and 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

William John Ernest Griffin, aged 26, of Market Street, Kingswinford, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months for possessing cocaine in Wordsley on September 13. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Brian Frederick Roberts, aged 64, of Grosvenor Way, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for two years for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on August 25. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Jamie Power, aged 37, of Smallshire Way, Wordsley, was given a six month community order for producing cannabis in Wordsley on October 6. He was given a three month curfew and during that time must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

James Billingham, aged 22, of Grainger Street, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a male in Dudley on June 14. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Dawn Jane Stafford, aged 49, of Love Lane, Lye, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing alcohol from Asda, Halesowen on January 18, 2013. She was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.
