HUNDREDS of youngsters turned up to meet the stars of the latest DreamWorks film, Mr Peabody and Sherman at Merry Hill on Saturday.

Mr Peabody, the cleverest dog on the planet and his trusty human sidekick Sherman, arrived at the Brierley Hill shopping centre to greet fans ahead of the movie release next month.

The film sees the duo hurtle back in time to experience world changing events first-hand and interact with some of the greatest characters of all time. But when Sherman breaks the rules of time travel, the two heroes find themselves in a race to repair history and save the future.

Kelly Reed, senior marketing manager at Merry Hill, said: “More than 200 people visited the centre this weekend to meet Mr Peabody and Sherman.

"It was great to see such a huge turnout and we can’t wait for the film to hit the big screen at Merry Hill on February 7.”
