DUDLEY thespians are on track to stage haunting love story Brief Encounter in Netherton next month.
The tale, about strangers Laura Jesson and Dr Alec Harvey who embark upon an illicit affair after falling in love at a railway station cafe, will be brought to life by Dudley Little Theatre at Netherton Art Centre, Northfield Road, from Wednesday March 12 to Saturday March 15.
Set in the 1930s, the story has been adapted for the stage by Emma Rice from Noel Coward’s original play.
Performances start at 7.30pm.
