MERRY Hill's popular Mummy Mornings club celebrated its sixth anniversary with a Roald Dahl themed bash.

Youngsters got into the spirit of things by dressing up as characters from Dahl’s classic tales including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The BFG.

The free group, which has gone from strength to strenth over the years, gives parents the chance to meet up, make friends and find out about the products and services the centre has to offer.

Sessions are held every Tuesday at 10am in Eat Central but despite the name, the group is not exclusively for mums as dads, grandparents and carers are welcomed too.

Kelly Reed, senior marketing manager at Merry Hill, said: "It was brilliant to see so many of our members come together to celebrate Mummy Mornings turning six.

"The group has evolved to become a vibrant community in its own right, bringing together parents from across the region for friendship, support and fun every week.”
