The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between February 17-21:

Simon Peter Ian Foxall, aged 39, of Junction Street, Dudley, was fined £100 for stealing 13 cans of salmon and one can of corned beef, worth £30.36, from B&M, Dudley, on January 26. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Joshua John Palk, aged 18, of The Broadway, Dudley, was fined £110 for drink driving in Dudley on January 19. When tested he had 56mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Thomas David Priest, aged 24, of Cowley Drive, Lower Gornal, was fined £250 for drink driving in Dudley on February 2. When tested he had 71mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Andrew Prosser, aged 23, of Summer Street, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge and possessing cocaine in Brierley Hill on February 1. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Kenneth Walker, aged 66, of Stretton Place, Netherton, was fined £200 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on January 31. When tested he had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Michael Charles McDermott, aged 41, of Overfield Road, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing two bottles of vodka, worth £38, from Tesco, Dudley, on February 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Abdul Farooq, aged 46, of Jasmine Road, Dudley, was fined £220 for drink driving in Dudley on December 11. When tested he had 90mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Aaron Edward Price, aged 28, of Thorns Avenue, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 20 weeks for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Gornal, between January 31 and February 7. He was disqualified from driving for two years.

Layla Marie Gould, aged 29, of St Marys Court, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for nine months for stealing three bottles of perfume/aftershave, worth £154, from Debenhams, Merry Hill, on February 5. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Anthony John Edward Frederick Price, aged 34, of Rookery Park, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing a catalytic convertor in Dudley on January 27. He was disqualified from driving for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Ian James Rollinson, aged 21, of Castle Mill Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a laptop, worth £400, from Direct Interiors, Brierley Hill, between December 31 and January 2. He was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £400, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Camran Hussain, aged 23, of Amblecote Road, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing three bottles of aftershave, worth £114, from Boots, Brierley Hill, on February 6. He was ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Thomas Stephen Payne, aged 30, of Elgar Crescent, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman and damaging a car in Brierley Hill on October 9. He was ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Zoe Clare Mallen, aged 40, of High Oak, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for stealing from Toys R Us, Merry Hill, on January 19. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Anne-Marie Soley, aged 30, of Kingsway, Wollaston, was given a 12 month community order for assault and causing £50 worth of damage to a kitchen window in Brierley Hill on August 25. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Christopher Paul Mason, aged 27, of Sudeley Gardens, Dudley, was fined £135 for causing £200 worth of damage to a gate/fence in Sedgley on November 29. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85.

Toni Marie Dainty, aged 30, of Bent Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items, from Asda, Merry Hill and Waitrose, Stourbridge, between January 27 and 30. She was ordered to pay compensation of £350 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Courtney Elle Rudge, aged 20, of Furnace Hill, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Stourbridge on February 6. When tested, she had 57mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was also sentenced for taking the vehicle without consent and driving without a license or insurance. She was fined £110 and ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months.
