MERRY Hill is set to transform into a fashion and beauty hub this weekend to celebrate the launch of new spring and summer collections.

There’ll be fashion shows and giveaways at the Westfield mall on Saturday March 15 and Sunday March 16.

Fashion designer Louise McDowell, who has worked at Paris and New York Fashion Week, and whose designs have appeared in Elle and Vogue, is co-ordinating the shows which will take place throughout the day in Fountain Square.

Students from Kidderminster College will also be assisting with fittings and styling and dressing the models who will be showcasing this season’s key trends - prints, pastels and colour block.

A free voucher booklet will also be available from concierge over the two days offering discounts of up to 20 per cent off on this season’s trends at more than 30 stores.

The shopping centre will also host a Bike Fabulous event on Saturday April 5 and Sunday April 6, showing shoppers how to look good on their bikes this summer.

The two-day event will include a cycling fashion show and cycling experts will be on hand with tips for novices to advanced cyclists.
