The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between April 22-25:

Phillip Anthony Guest, aged 28, of Whitethorn Road, Wordsley, was given a four month community order for driving whilst disqualified and without insurance, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and wilfully obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Dudley on January 19. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. Guest was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £200 court costs.

Zoe Clare Mallen, aged 40, of High Oak, Pensnett, was given a six month community order for stealing powdered baby food products, worth £167.44, from One-Stop, Pensnett, on March 2. She was given a six month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 9am. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Damain Antonio Smith, aged 36, of Bodenham Road, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a man in Halesowen on March 27. He was ordered to pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Hashed Kaid, aged 28, of Church Road, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for causing £200 worth of damage to a front door in Halesowen on February 2. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Kurtis John Westwood, aged 18, of Kingsway, Wollaston, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for damaging a light fitting, worth £700, at a car park at Merry Hill shopping centre, Brierley Hill, on February 25. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Dennis Albert Dipple, aged 62, of Norton Road, Stourbridge, was fined £160 for drink driving in Stourbridge on December 14. When tested he had 103mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 month and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ruth Dunnaway, aged 37, of Mount Road, Rowley Regis, was given a 12 month community order for stealing goods, worth £129.20, from Wilkos, Halesowen, on April 4. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.
