A DUDLEY woman has been warned she could face time behind bars after admitting sexual activity with a 15-year-old boy.
Judge John Warner told Helen Cartwright, aged 42, it was a "serious and troubling case" as he ruled he needed further information before he could pass sentence.
He remanded Cartwright, who pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child, on bail until June 3 when it is expected the case against her is outlined in full.
But he warned her at Wolverhampton Crown Court, "The fact I am allowing bail to continue does not tie my hands as to how I deal with you.
"You are now a convicted sex offender."
The judge added that the sentence she would receive would determine just how long she would have to remain on the Sex Offenders Register.
