A SUMMER fair in aid of Dudley Carers Forum will take place in Brierley Hill this afternoon (Saturday).
The event will run from 1pm to 4pm at Brierley Hill Methodist Church, Bank Street.
There will be bargains galore with a jumble sale, selling jewellery, art, hand-knitted garments, plants and homemade jams, as well as a teddy tombola and music throughout the afternoon.
A range of cakes and cream teas to tempt the taste buds will also be on sale.
Sedgley councillor and West Midlands MEP, Bill Etheridge will be at the event to show his support for the forum, which campaigns for the needs of unpaid carers.
Cllr Etheridge MEP will also be giving a personal donation of £500 to provide coach transport for carers and people with disabilities when they go on a canal trip in Gloucester next month.
Visitors will be asked to pay a 25p entrance fee.
