A STOURBRIDGE and Halesowen parents' group is looking for enthusiastic people to join its team of volunteers.

The Stourbridge and Halesowen Branch of the National Childbirth Trust already has over 20 mums and dads who volunteer to co-ordinate activities for parents but members are looking to expand the group which offers new and expectant mums and dads chance to get together and meet others in the same situation.

Volunteer roles available include, branch co-ordinator, nearly new sale co-ordinator, fundraising co-ordinator, advertising co-ordinator and newsletter distribution co-ordinator.

Liz Jones, NCT branch co chairman, said; ”It’s a great way to meet other parents in the area.”

Anyone interested can contact Liz Jones on 01384 888148, email StourbridgeandHalesowen@NCT.org.uk, visit www.nct.org.uk/branches/stourbridge-halesowen or pop along to the group’s next meeting being held in the community room at Stourbridge Fire Station, Parkfield Road, at 8pm on Wednesday June 25.
