THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between January 12 and 16:

Danny Sean Billingham, aged 45, of Drews Holloway South, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for drink driving in Brierley Hill on November 21, 2014. When tested, he had 79mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 46 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Claire Louise Carroll, aged 28, of Brambleside, Wordsley, was discharged conditionally for two years for stealing clothing, worth £144.96, from New Look, Merry Hill, on December 17, 2014. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Angela Lynne Edwards, aged 53, of Abbottsford Drive, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for six months, for stealing items, worth £208.89, from Marks & Spencer, Brierley Hill, on December 21, 2014. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Craig Daniel Fletcher, aged 26, of Corser Street, Milking Bank, was given a six month community order for possessing an extendable lever bar in Dudley on September 8, 2014.He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Cameron John Collins, aged 20, of Springfield Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £100 for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on September 1, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £300 court costs.

Elliot Roy Alwyn Manley, aged 24, of Vale Street, Gornal, was fined £400 for driving without insurance in Kingswinford and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence on December 20, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was also fined £100 for the two offences in respect of which the conditional discharge was made. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Samantha Alexandra Scott, aged 43, of Goodrich Mews, Gornal, was discharged conditionally for two years for stealing furniture, worth £2,500, in Dudley on October 9, 2014. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Dale Martin Mansell, aged 33, of Priory Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for failing to provide a non-intimate sample for the purpose of ascertaining whether he had taken a class A drug and stealing laundry detergent, worth £34.32, from 99p Store, Dudley on January 9, and deodorant, worth £67.66, from B&M, Dudley, on January 10, whilst on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Steven Paul Spooner, aged 47, of Cameo Drive, Amblecote, was fined £565 for assaulting a police officer in Halesowen on December 9, 2014, while subject to a suspended sentence and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on January 7, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £40 and £85 court costs.

Matthew John Connelly Dillon, aged 53, of Farm Croft Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for stealing items, worth £479.49, from stores in Stourbridge, Brierley Hill and Dudley, between December 15, 2014 and January 12, whilst on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Robert Sydney John Smith, aged 55, of High Street, Wordsley, was given an eight week community order for causing damage to a vehicle he had taken without the owner’s consent in Stourbridge on December 26, 2014, and driving without a licence or insurance. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration, must remain at his home address between 9pm and 6am. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay compensation of £490, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Stace Vanessa Matthews, aged 19, of Clement Road, Halesowen, was fined £110 for driving without due care and attention on December 25, 2014, whilst over the legal alcohol limit. When tested, she had 72mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jamie Lee Gray, aged 21, of Forest Road, Dudley, was fined £50 for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on December 24, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £50 court costs.

Jonathan Shaun Male, aged 55, of Whitestone Road, Halesowen, was fined £275 for drink driving in Halesowen on December 28, 2014. When tested, he had 101mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £28 and £85 court costs.

Keith Grainger, aged 33, of Crescent Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for stealing alcohol, worth £14, from Spar, Brierley Hill, and assaulting two police officers on November 25, 2014. He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Wayne Robert Simon, aged 38, of Knowle Hill Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for causing £50 worth of damage to a door in Netherton on October 17, 2014. He must pay compensation of £277.30 and a victim surcharge of £60.

David Ian Lowe, aged 51, of Albion Court, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for harassing a woman in Brierley Hill between November 8 and 11, 2014. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Simon Terence Rann, aged 35, of Kinfare Rise, Upper Gornal, was sent to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 24 months, for assaulting a woman in Dudley on September 7, 2014 and entering a property in Dudley as a trespasser and stealing items, worth £850, on January 5. He was given an 89 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £300.

Christopher Ryan Bakes, aged 19, of Bromley Lane, Kingswinford, was fined £180 for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on December 26, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Mitchell, aged 18, of Orwell Close, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing £150 cash in Dudley on December 23, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Michael Lee Williams, aged 21, of Limes Avenue, Brierley Hill, was fined £400 for drink driving in Pensnett on August 10, 2014. When tested, he had 163mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mg. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £85 court costs.

Gavin Fredrick Price, aged 35, of Meadow Road, Wrens Nest, was given a three month community order for leaving service stations in Sedgley and Dudley without paying for fuel on November 14 and 19, 2014. He was also sentenced for stealing registration plates, worth £45, from vehicles in Darlaston and Tipton between November 6 and 17, 2014. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £126.97, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Gareth William Benjamin Smith, aged 24, of Foxhills Road, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for possessing a lockable combat knife in Kingswinford on November 23, 2014. He must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
