THE Mayor of Dudley is hoping to rake in hundreds of pounds for charity at her annual fundraising ball.
Councillor Margaret Aston is inviting people to come along to the popular event on Friday March 27.
Civic guests, business leaders, charity representatives and members of the public will be helping boost funds for Guide Dogs and Action Heart at Russells Hall Hospital at the event, which will take place at The Copthorne Hotel, Brierley Hill.
The night includes a four course meal, a disco and a swing band.
There will also be a raffle with top prizes up for grabs including a football signed by the Wolves team, a slow cooker and bottles of wine.
Councillor Aston said: “The Mayor’s Ball is such a special occasion with lots going on to entertain guests.
“Best of all, we get to raise some much-needed funding for two very worthwhile causes.”
The ball starts at 7.15pm and tickets cost £35.
