THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between April 13 and 17:

Robert Bloomer, aged 23, of Stourbridge Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £110 for drink driving in Stourbridge on November 21, 2014. When tested he had 109mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Geoffrey Graham Hill, aged 28, of Old Level Way, Netherton, was fined £150 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for a laboratory test during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence and driving without insurance in Dudley on March 30. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Steven Craig Tanner, aged 22, of Salop Street, Dudley, was fined £75 for causing £100 worth of damage to a vehicle in Stourbridge on February 28. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Deborah Jane Upton, aged 49, of Highfield Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for six months for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on February 14. She must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Kayleigh Jane Upton, aged 27, of Park Road, Colley Gate, was discharged conditionally for six months for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on February 14. She must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Angela Lynne Edwards, aged 53, of Abbottsford Drive, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for 28 weeks for stealing cider and cheese, worth £8.75, from Iceland, Dudley, and dog food, worth £6.66, from Wilko, Dudley, on April 12, while subject to a suspended sentence. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Anthony James Burns, aged 49, of Gill Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing steak, worth £12, from Iceland, Dudley, on October 7, 2014 and two legs of lamb, worth £12.39, from Lidl, Halesowen, on March 19. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Scott William O’Rourke, aged 28, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items worth £79.76, from stores in Dudley and Pensnett, between March 3 and 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Leroy Anthony Parke, aged 36 of Cole Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for stealing clothing, worth £160, from Debenhams, and pumps, worth £12.99, from TK Maxx, Merry Hill, on April 14, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Choudhary Tasnim Rashid, aged 39, of Blowers Green Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing methadone in Dudley on March 4, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £400 court costs.

Christopher Lewis Cooper, aged 24, of Hillbank, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on July 29, 2014. He must carry out 150 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £250 court costs.

Layla Marie Gould, aged 30, of Bell Street South, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing items, worth £67.50, from stores in Dudley on January 4 and February 13. She was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 27, having been released on bail. She must pay compensation of £32.50, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Jason Eric Timmins, aged 45, of Merryfield Road, Russells Hall, was given a 12 week community order for entering Pagabet Bookmakers, Dudley, on March 25 as a trespasser with intent to steal. He was given a 12 month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am and must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Kadeen Raheem Wynter, aged 21, of Washington Court, Dudley, was sent to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for producing cannabis in Dudley on March 15. He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.
