THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between August 24 and 28:

Lee Parsons, aged 43, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing shoes, worth £12, from Peacocks, Stourbridge, on August 7. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Benjamin Lawrence Adams, aged 22, of Greenhill Road, Halesowen, was fined £150 for drink driving in Dudley on August 10. When tested he had 62mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Thomas William Frederick Evans, aged 20, of Mount Pleasant, Kingswinford, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting two police officers in Brierley Hill on June 20. He must carry out 40 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £190 court costs.

Jason Alan Kinsey, aged 31, of Himley Road, Dudley, was fined £180 for causing £100 worth of damage to a car in High Street, Sedgley, on August 8. He must pay compensation of £90, a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Levi Goodwin, aged 22, of Cobham Road, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for damaging a mobile phone worth £550, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay compensation of £550, a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Wayne Timothy James, aged 38, of Corbyn Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for failing to stop after an accident in Dudley on January 8. He was given nine penalty points and must carry out 100 hours unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Steven Craig Tanner, aged 23, of Salop Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for driving while disqualified in Brierley Hill on August 20, without insurance. He was also sentenced for assaulting a woman in Dudley between May 1 and 23. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Everall Herbert Willis, aged 52, of Bluebell Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, in Dudley, on March 12. He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £250 court costs.

Jamie Lee Frank Fellows, aged 26, of Wrens Nest Road, Wrens Nest, was given a 23 day community order for persistently making use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another in Brierley Hill between August 9 and 12. He was given a 23 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Karl Handley, aged 39, of Middlepark Road, Russells Hall, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on July 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Mark Pritchard, aged 41, of Cinder Bank, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for sending abusive text messages, which he was prohibited from doing by an injunction, in Dudley on August 5. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £265 court costs.

Scott Lee Fletcher, aged 21, of Fens Crescent, Brockmoor, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a police constable in Stourbridge on July 11. He must pay compensation of £100 and a £15 victim surcharge.

Harley John Cochrane, aged 19, of Withymoor Road, Netherton, was disqualified from driving for 12 months for drink driving in Netherton on August 14. When tested he had 64mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He must pay £150 court costs.

Waseem Wahab, aged 32, of Rookery Park, Brierley Hill, was fined £95 for producing cannabis in Brierley Hill on August 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £265.

Remi Denzil Eric Walters, aged 26, of Stretton Place, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for possessing cannabis in Dudley on July 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £265 court costs.

Ross Thomas Morgan, aged 29, of Lupin Road, Kates Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on January 24. He must carry out 150 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and £100 court costs.

Denroy Mark Cameron, aged 51, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was given a three month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on February 11. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 8am. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £500 court costs.
