THOUSANDS of people are expected to head to Netherton next weekend for the 30th Black Country Boating Festival.
The popular event will take place at Bumble Hole, Windmill End, and promises fun for all the family with more than 200 boats, canal side entertainment, boaters’ competitions, a funfair, real ale bar and regular boat trips.
Admission is free and the event will run from 10am to 5pm on September 12 and 13.
