A TEENAGER from Upper Gornal has cut off his long locks to raise funds for a cancer charity.
Will Pritchard decided to brave the shave after hearing a friend of a friend had lost his cancer battle six months ago.
His hairdresser sister Scarlett Glover had the honour of giving 16-year-old Will his new look on Monday.
Will, who is studying at Juniper Training in Dudley, has raised £100 so far Teenage Cancer Trust.
He said: "I thought of cutting my hair for a while before I started raising money. I didn't want to lose my hair, for most of my life I've had long hair but I feel like I've done a good deed in doing so."
