THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between September 30 and October 6:

Peter John Hedges, aged 59, of Wheatcroft Grove, Dudley, was fined £120 for drink driving in Dudley on September 16. When tested, he had 92mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Aldona Swiderek, aged 31, of High Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing razors, worth £45, from Asda, Dudley, on September 15. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Nicholas David Truman, aged 26, of Vicarage Road, Lye, was given a 12 week community order for driving in Stourbridge without a licence or insurance on September 14 and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was also disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Peter Michael Walker, aged 38, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was fined £70 for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on September 10 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on September 28, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

David William Evans, aged 30, of Chapel Street, Lye, was fined £40 for causing £29.99 worth of damage to a letterbox belonging to Oldswinford Motors on May 28. He must pay compensation of £29.99, £135 court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

Asa James Hoskins, aged 29, of Star Street, Lye, was fined £270 for driving without insurance or MOT in Dudley on August 11. He was also sentenced for driving with 3.2mcgs of a controlled drug in 100mls of blood. The specified limit is 2mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Kirsty Elizabeth Rickards, aged 20, of Lays Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £40 for stealing frozen food, worth £20, from Asda, Merry Hill, on September 16. She must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Gurjit Sohal, aged 28, of Spring Parklands, Dudley, was fined £250 for drink driving in Dudley on September 17. When tested, he had 80mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Ellie Jane Underhill, aged 20, of Shearwater Drive, Stourbridge, was fined £40 for stealing frozen food, worth £20, from Asda, Merry Hill, on September 16. She must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

James Anthony Chater, aged 23, of Unitt Drive, Cradley Heath, was fined £150 for damaging two cars and a window in Stourbridge on August 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30, £135 court costs and £440 compensation.

Andrew Michael Smith, aged 42, of New Court, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for stealing chocolate, worth £18, from Poundland, Brierley Hill, on October 3, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Scott James Dudgeon, aged 38, of High Street, Quarry Bank, was given a 12 month community order for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Dudley on September 17. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay a £100 fine, a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.

Julie Ellis, aged 44, of Springfield Crescent, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing £172.17, from Asda, Great Bridge, on July 29. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £50 court costs.

Joseph Edward Walters, aged 88, of Ambrose Crescent, Kingswinford, was fined £100 for drink driving in Wall Heath on September 18. When tested, he had 42mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Sean Michael Fitzgerald, aged 41, of Armstrong Close, Stourbridge, was given a six week community order for stealing vodka, worth £59, from Aldi, Stourbridge, on September 18 and driving without a licence or insurance. He was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Layne Spencer David Scarlett, aged 50, of Lloyd Street, Dudley, was given an eight week community order for producing cannabis on September 20. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 8am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185.

Gladys Allen, aged 65, of Perrypark Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £120 for drink driving in Halesowen on September 20. When tested, she had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Matthew James Nock, aged 39, of Hillbank, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 24 months for assaulting a man in Dudley on May 5. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Alan James Swann, aged 43, of Trinity Road, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Oldbury on September 21. When tested, he had 95mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must carry out 40 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Zanarai Noori, aged 35, of Victoria Road, Oldbury, was fined £120 for stealing building insulation, worth £443.40, from Woden Construction, in Sandwell, on October 4. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Christopher Paul Newton, aged 35, of Union Street, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman and damaging a window of The Maverick public house, Brierley Hill, on March 27. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 6pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £275, a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

Jamie Anthony Rollinson, aged 32, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years, for stealing items, worth £297, from stores in Brierley Hill and Dudley between July 30 and August 27.He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £170 court costs.

Kirk Mark Rutherford, aged 26, of Oldbury Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £120 for resisting an officer in the execution of his duty in Oldbury on August 8. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £300 court costs.

Dallan Kyle Bennett, aged 26, of Lower Derry Street, Dudley, was fined £600 for driving without a licence or insurance in Dudley on February 14. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.

Simon William Pickering, aged 28, of Love Lane, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £299.46, from Tesco Extra, Dudley, on September 21. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £75 court costs.
