THERE will be fun for all the family across Dudley borough this half-term.

Mini detectives will be able to search Wordsley's Red House Glass Cone for clues during a free pet duck trail that will run between February 18-25.

The museum will also have a range of craft activities on offer throughout the holidays.

Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust is offering 45 minute boat trips, followed by wintry weather themed crafts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday mornings of the half term week.

The boat departs at 10am and a child ticket costs £4.75.

A pancake family fun day will take place at the Moor Shopping Centre, Brierley Hill, on Saturday, February 25.

There will be free pancake testing, children’s fairground rides, a cookery stage, pancake flipping competitions and recipe ideas.

Councillor Khurshid Ahmed, cabinet member for planning and economic regeneration, said: “There are lots of fantastic activities at Dudley borough attractions and town centres this half term so there’s no need for children and young people to be bored during the holidays.”
