A DRIVER fled the scene of a two car smash in Brierley Hill.
Emergency services were called to Pedmore Road at 1.51pm on Monday (February 13) to reports that a car had hit a lamppost after colliding with another vehicle.
Firefighters from Brierley Hill attended to make the scene safe as petrol was leaking into the road.
A West Midlands Fire Service spokesman said noone had been hurt or trapped while a West Midlands Police spokesman said the driver of one of the cars had "left the scene".
The road was partially blocked at its junction with The Gateway until the vehicle was recovered.
