LABOUR and the Lib Dems have confirmed their snap General Election candidates for Dudley South.
The Labour Party’s Natasha Millward has been selected for a re-match against Tory Mike Wood who – after battling back from life-threatening sepsis – was selected unanimously to fight to retain the seat he won in 2015 with a 4,270 majority.
While Jonathan Bramall has been confirmed as the candidate for the Lib Dems for Dudley South.
UKIP has yet to reveal whether it will be fielding a Parliamentary hopeful in the constituency.
But Wordsley councillor Paul Brothwood has already ruled himself out as a contender - having said he will not be taking on the challenge as he wants to focus on his responsibilities as UKIP’s group leader on Dudley Council.
