THE Mayor and Mayoress of Dudley stopped by at a long-running borough business to help celebrate the company's 25th anniversary.
Councillor Mohammed Hanif and his wife, Mayoress Zabeda Khanam, visited Interplas Coatings Limited, off Peartree Lane, on May 3 to mark the paint spraying firm's milestone birthday.
Privately-owned Interplas Coatings Ltd, off Peartree Lane, was set up in 1990 and has gone on to become a leading UK paint spraying contractor for moulding companies.
Cllr Hanif, on one of his final official visits as the borough's first citizen, said he was "privileged" to have been able to see so many thriving borough organisations like Interplas Coatings in action during his year in office.
