BRITAIN'S best-loved maître d’ Fred Sirieix visited Brierley Hill to share his passion for customer service with a local law firm.
Sirieix - a star of Channel 4's First Dates and BBC business series Million Pound Menu - visited Higgs & Sons' Brierley Hill headquarters.
He delivered a masterclass in what constitutes good customer service. Illustrated with anecdotes from his career, his presentation focused around ‘Fred’s 10 golden rules’.
Paul Hunt, managing partner at Higgs & Sons, said Fred’s masterclass was extremely well received.
Mr Hunt added: “Fred Sirieix is the epitome of excellent customer care, a quality on which we pride ourselves here at Higgs as it is integral to all that we do.
“Fred’s perspective from a completely different industry shows us that the principles of customer care are universal. We hope that Fred’s insight and experience will inspire all of us to maintain our reputation for first class standards."
Fred will return to the Midlands to collaborate with Higgs on the firm’s Service Awards, a celebration of excellence where prizes will include the opportunity to dine at his Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton Park Lane.
