A GORNAL man was caught fly-tipping by an eagle-eyed member of the public.
Mohammad Jalal Mohammad was spotted dumping material from his car, which had been parked up at the side of the A533 Bostock Road in Cheshire on March 1 last year.
He was spotted by a member of the public who pulled up, took a photograph of Mohammad and called the police.
When officers arrived Mohammad, of Greenhill Road, told them that he had just bought the car, it had broken down and he was trying to fix it.
He said that he was looking for tools in the car and was frustrated by all of the rubbish that was in the car.
Mohammad later admitted the fly-tipping during interview and pleaded guilty when he appeared before West Cheshire Magistrates Court on May 17.
The 35-year-old, who had no previous convictions, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £450 court costs.
