A WREN’S Nest man has been returned to jail for 14 weeks by Dudley Magistrates after committing offences on the same day he had been released from prison.
Tony Wayne Ball, aged 23, of Willow Road, was jailed for six weeks consecutive on October 28, as well as being handed a two year ASBO, for trespassing into Nova Recruitment and stealing £10.
The defendant was also jailed for eight weeks consecutive to the above, for trespassing into Dudley Council community development unit, with intent to steal.
Also in court on October 28: Barry John Pemberton, aged 38, of Clent Court, Netherton, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £10 court costs, for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
In court on October 26: Roy Anthony Perry, aged 41, of High Street, Dudley, was fined £75 and ordered to pay £15 costs as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
Lee Daniel Banks, aged 29, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for obstructing a constable in the execution of duty.
The defendant was also fined £200 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
He was also fined £100 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
Gary Edward Banner, aged 30, of Balmoral View, Milking Bank, was jailed for six weeks and disqualified from driving for two years, for driving while disqualified.
Lesley Talbot, aged 37, of Stourbridge Road, Holly Hall, was handed a 12 month supervised community order, as well as being ordered to pay £85 court costs, for stealing a £34 handbag from Matalan.
The defendant was also handed a 12 month supervised community order for failing to surrender to custody.
Andrew Askins, aged 40, of Watsons Green Road, Kates Hill, was handed an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £149.50 compensation, for damaging the front window of The Three Crowns Pub.
Jason Mahfuz Timmins, aged 33, of Mullett Street, Pensnett, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £125 compensation, £15 costs and £100 court costs for assault by beating.
David Anthony Priest, aged 40, of Lavender Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for obstructing a constable in the execution of duty.
In court on October 30: Ivan Trevor Davies, aged 60, of Harebell Crescent, Wren’s Nest, was fined £100, ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs as well as being disqualified from driving for 12 months, for driving while above the legal alcohol limit.
Robert Holness, aged 24, of Shaw Road, Dudley, was fined £10 and ordered to pay £15 costs, for failing to produce a driving licence.
The defendant was also fined £75 and disqualified from driving for six months, for driving without insurance.
