Sedgley vicar has a close shave
A Sedgley curate had a close shave when he raised funds for Cancer Research UK.
Reverend Rob Parker McGee, curate with the Gornal and Sedgley Team Ministry, held the fundraiser as part of a Easter Day garden party at St Andrew’s vicarage, with members of the parish’s youth group taking it in turns to lop off his locks.
Rob set a target of £400 for the charity, but has managed to raise almost through sponsorship.
