Teenage driver failed to stop after accident

A Netherton teenage driver has been ordered to pay out a total of £275 by Dudley Magistrates after causing damage to another car.
Appearing in court on April 30, Nathan Benjamin Dyett, aged 19, of Exeter Road, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £80 costs, as well as being handed five licence penalty points, for failing to stop after damaging a Mazda RX.
The defendant was also fined £60 for driving his Vauxhall Corsa without due care and attention in Mansell Close.
Also in court on April 30: Daniel Gilbert, aged 34, of Bishton Grove, Netherton, was fined £35 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £80 costs, for driving without a licence.
The defendant was also fined £110 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
Jon-Paul Joseph Skellern, aged 24, of Milton Street, Pensnett, was fined £110 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £50 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
In court on May 1: Amanda Louise Edwards, aged 32, of Marigold Crescent, Dudley, was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months, handed a 12 month restraining order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.
Keith Grainger, aged 30, of Himley Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order for assaulting a police officer.
The defendant was also handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £94.41 compensation and £150 court costs, for causing £80 damage to the inside of a police vehicle by spitting.
Nathan Anthony Round, aged 22, of Ketley Hill, Russells Hall, was handed a three month community order and ordered to pay £250 compensation and £85 court costs, for causing £250 damage to the front window of Papaz Pizza.
Alan Wilfred Fletcher, aged 48, of Norwood Road, Brockmoor, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for stealing £500 worth of drainage piping.
Bilal Ahmed, aged 20, of Himley Road, Dudley, was fined £135 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £80 costs, as well as being handed three licence penalty points, for causing a road obstruction with a car.
Maqsood Ahmed, aged 34, of French Road, Dudley, was fined £600 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for failing to provide a police officer with the identity of a driver.
Gameel Said Omar Bahashwan, aged 24, of Sharington Close, Kates Hill, was fined £135 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £80 costs, for failing to produce a driving licence for examination by a police officer.
The defendant was also fined £265 and handed five licence penalty points, for speeding.
Jack Hancock, aged 22, of Sovereign Drive, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £80 costs, as well as being handed four licence penalty points, for speeding.
Dean Wheelwright, aged 29, of Clarence Street, Upper Gornal, was fined £70 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £50 court costs, for possessing cannabis.
Michael James Bennett, aged 18, of St Georges Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order, for stealing a pedal bike.
Shane Paul Huxley, aged 30, of Wells Road, Brockmoor, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £50 court costs, for stealing perfume from Debenhams.
The defendant was also handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £50 compensation, for using threatening, abusive words or behaviour.
In court on May 2: Julie Ellis, aged 40, of Corporation Road, Kates Hill, was jailed for two weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for stealing perfume from Boots.
The defendant was also jailed for one week consecutive, suspended for 12 months, for failing to surrender to bail on March 14.

Natalie Jayne Stacey, aged 28, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for stealing Gordons Gin from Asda, Dudley.
Luke John Moore, aged 24, of Leys Crescent, Brockmoor, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs for failing to attend an initial drugs assessment.
Lee John Hall, aged 27, of Grange Road, Dudley, was handed a six month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 36 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.
In court on May 3: Fay Gough, aged 19, of Hillside Road, Dudley, was ordered to pay £150 compensation, for having rubbish removed by an unauthorised source.
In court on May 8: Paul Burton, aged 32, of Broom Road, Dudley, was fined £75, ordered to pay £75 compensation, £15 costs and £140 costs, for dumping household rubbish in Summer Road, Dudley.
In court on May 9: Steven Slater, aged 24, of Berrybush Gardens, Sedgley, was fined £110 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for six months, for driving without insurance.
In court on May 11: Harry James Jonathan Edwards, aged 37, of Queen Street, Pensnett, was jailed for 12 weeks concurrent suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for possessing diamorphine.
The defendant was also jailed for 12 weeks concurrent suspended for 18 months, for possessing cannabis.
