WITCHES, wizards and little ghouls will be out in force later this month to raise money for a borough blind charity.

Sedgley’s Beacon Centre for the Blind is hosting a spooktacular Halloween disco on Friday October 26 to raise vital funds towards its continuing service support blind and partially sighted people from across the borough.

The disco, at Gornal British Legion in Ruiton Street, will kick off at 7.30pm and fancy dress is optional.

Tickets are priced £5 for adults and £2.50 for children and can be purchased in advance from the Wolverhampton Road East centre or the British Legion. They will also be available to purchase on the night.

Karen Gullick, community fundraiser, said: “This is the first time we have done a Halloween disco and are hoping it will be a great night”
