HELP will soon be at hand for troubled borough residents when a Community Information Point opens its doors at Merry Hill.
Information champions will be at Age UK Dudley's Shopmobility store, on the upper mall of the Brierley Hill shopping centre, on Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am and 1pm.
It is one of 20 information points across the borough, where trained volunteers will provide people with timely information in an effort to prevent crisis situations relating to health, social care and benefits.
No appointments are required to access the service, which will open on November 12.
