STAFF at the recently opened Asda in Dudley High Street have helped Cancer Support raises much needed funds, after selecting the organisation as its charity of the month.
Members of the cancer charity, based at The White House in Ednam Road, were invited by Lisa Earlston, the branch community colleague, to bag pack over the weekend of August 12 – 13.
Representatives were also on hand to give out information about the services it provides to cancer sufferers from across the borough.
Over the two days, £404.92 was raised for the charity’s coffers.
