POLICE have confirmed the death of a man whose body was found in Dudley is not being treated as suspicious.
The 46-year-old male was found slumped in a bus stop on Castle Hill near the disused Hippodrome theatre at 7am on Sunday September 22.
A West Midlands Police spokesman told the News is believed the man fell forward and hit his head.
The enquiry into death of the man, who is yet to be formally named, has been passed to the Black Country coroner.
