A DUDLEY man has been warned he is facing jail time after being caught in the town with two prohibited firearms.
Bararis Ali admitted being in possession of a gas-powered handgun in Hall Street, Dudley; he also pleaded guilty to possessing a disguised firearm - an electric stun gun.
The 34-year-old, of Fir Street, also admitted possessing cannabis, driving with excess alcohol and without insurance.
He was remanded on conditional bail until October 6 for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
But Judge Amjad Nawaz at Wolverhampton Crown Court warned him the firearms offences carried a mandatory five-year prison sentence and stressed it was inevitable he would be spending time behind bars.
