FAMILY fun activities and a dog show will all be part of an event being held in Buffery Park this bank holiday.
The Friends & Residents of Buffery Park have teamed up with West Midlands animal welfare group K9 Search UK to bring another day of entertainment to the Prospect Row park on Monday, May 29.
Among the activities will be bouncy castles, face-painting, competitions, live music, local trade and charity stalls, while food and refreshments will be available.
But the main showpiece of 'Paws in the Buffery' is the fun dog show where organisers will be looking to crown the 2017 best in show.
There are nine classes for pooches to enter, including best rescue dog, most handsome male, golden oldie and best pup. Winners and runners-up will each receive prizes and a rosette.
The event opens at 11am with the first fun dog show class starting at 11.30am.
