FORMER Crestwood School pupil Alannah Wilkes has won a £1,000 scholarship prize from the University of Worcester for outstanding academic achievement.
She was presented with her scholarship prize by professor David Green, the university 's vice chancellor and chief executive, at a ceremony at Worcester Arena earlier this month.
Alannah, who is currently in her third year at Worcester where she is studying English language and literature, said: “I was delighted to have been awarded a University of Worcester Scholarship for Academic Achievement; it just proves that with hard work and dedication you can achieve your goals."
