Kingswinford carol singers raise £350 for Mary Stevens Hospice
MEMBERS of Kingswinford Christian Centre have thanked all those who donated and helped raise £350 for Stourbridge’s Mary Stevens Hospice when they took to the streets for a spot of carol singing last month.
Kath Cooper from the Summer Street church said: “We do it every year and the locals usually look forward to it.
"We raised £350 when we went round the streets on the evenings of December 15 and 17 – and this year was the best ever because the weather wasn’t cold or wet – it was so mild.”
