A MAJOR Kingswinford road was closed off by police in the early hours of Saturday morning (March 5) after a head-on-crash.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the smash – outside KFC in Stallings Lane – at about 12.50am.
The road was closed off by West Midlands Police after the two cars had collided head-on, causing damage to both vehicles.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent a rapid response vehicle to the scene, where paramedics checked over two people who were in one of the cars.
The two people, a woman in her 40s and her son, did not suffer serious injuries and further hospital treatment was not needed.
