Open verdict given after Kingswinford man dies in Qatar villa fall
AN open verdict has been recorded at an inquest into the death of a Kingswinford man who died after falling from a rented villa in Qatar.
David Allport, aged 57, of Larch Road, was found dead below a first floor window at the villa in the Middle Eastern country on October 11 2015.
Worcestershire Coroners Court was told he died of a cardiac arrest, septic shock and complications from multiple traumatic injuries after a fall from height.
An open verdict was recorded when the inquest was concluded at Stourport Coroner’s Court today (Thursday March 10).
