COPS are becoming concerned for the welfare of man who was reported missing from a care home near Sedgley.
Ben Butler, aged 28, vanished from Sedgley House Care Home, Woodcross Street, on July 28.
He is described as a white man, five-feet-ten, of slim build, with short black hair and a full beard. He has a green tattoo on his back and a tattoo of a face on his right arm, as well as a birth mark on his left arm. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, grey Adidas tracksuit bottoms and black Lonsdale trainers with red stripes.
He has previously stayed at a care home in Redditch, has been missing several times before and will often sleep rough. He has previously used taxis and needs regular medication.
Police are appealing for anyone who has information to call Redditch police by dialling 101.
