The popular Summer Fete at Mary Stevens Hospice will be held on the 7th September 2013 in the park grounds at the rear of the Hospice, from 11.00am – 3.30pm.

With attraction for all ages, this is a real family fun day out, with a variety of dance displays compared by a local radio presenter from Bridge Radio, small animal encounter with staff at Dudley Zoo, face painting, kiddies corner, penalty shoot out and ...................................................... New for this year is our local Black Country Comedian Marlene who will be starring as “Mystic Marlene”  - on hand to “try” to predict your future with her usual humour.

There will be a variety of stalls selling a range of donated items including cakes, books and quality jigsaws, tombola, plants, bric-a-brac, haberdashery plus the popular bottle tombola. This really is a day not to be missed.

The Day Therapies Clinic at the Hospice will be open also where visitors can meet the staff and try some taster therapy sessions.

Our refreshment tent will be serving up delicious home-made cakes, tea, coffee, cold drinks and of course the ever popular BBQ with tasty favourites.

Our Head of Fundraising Vicki Rowles has said “ We are so excited that our annual fete is here again, it really is a fabulous event for all the family to enjoy, we have something for everyone! It is also our way of saying thank you to our local community for all the support they provide throughout the year. We simply could not provide the vital care that we do without their support”

The fete will be open from 11.00am at 221 Hagley Road, Oldswinford.
